At Rethink Office Furniture, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with both our new and second-hand products. Please review our updated policies below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and warranties.
Guarantee
Rethink Office Furniture offers a one year warranty on all second hand goods. New products are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee which will be included in the assembly instructions. The warranty will be void if the product has been moved or dismantled and reassembled incorrectly.
All goods are inspected at time of dispatch/delivery. We will not be held accountable for any damage caused after delivery. Goods are guaranteed providing they are being used for the purpose designed. This guarantee does not extend to wear and tear.
With our second hand products, we cannot guarantee that a replacement unit can be supplied under warranty. Under these circumstances we will offer the closest unit possible and if this does not suffice we will offer a refund.
Refunds and Returns
New goods can be returned for credit only with the express permission of Rethink Office Furniture. Any returns must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, unassembled and in their original condition.
Second hand goods are covered by our Warranty Policy. We endeavour to provide all of our items in good, clean, serviceable condition and suitable for its purpose. However, second hand products may show signs of wear and use.
